At Keoni Joy Photography, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and photographs within your client gallery.

1. Image Privacy & Access

• Your gallery is private and accessible only via a unique link provided to you.

• You may choose to share this link with family and friends at your discretion.

• Galleries may be password-protected on request for additional privacy.

2. Use of Images

• Images may be shared publicly, on social media, or used in promotional materials without your written permission.

• If you do not wish to grant permission, we may use selected images for our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials then please send me an email!

3. Personal Information

• Your name, email, contact details, and gallery activity (such as downloads or favorites) may be collected solely for communication and gallery access purposes.

• This information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Hosting

• Our galleries are hosted via Pixieset. These platforms have their own privacy and security protocols in place to protect your data and images.

5. Data Retention

• Galleries will be available online for a maximum of 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed upon.

• After this period, images will be archived and online galleries will be removed. You will be notified before any gallery deletion occurs.

• If you wish to gain access to a gallery that has been removed there is a $50AUD fee payable to Keoni Joy Photography.

6. Client Rights

• You have the right to request removal of your gallery at any time.

• You may also request edits or deletion of any personal data we hold.
