Terms of Service – Client Gallery

By accessing your gallery provided by Keoni Joy Photography via Pixieset, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect your privacy, the integrity of your images, and the quality of service we provide.

1. Gallery Access

  • Your gallery is hosted securely through Pixieset and is accessible via a private link provided to you.

  • Galleries may be password-protected upon request for added security.

  • You are responsible for sharing your gallery link and password (if applicable) with anyone you wish to grant access.

2. Image Viewing, Downloading & Expiry

  • Images are available for viewing and downloading according to your purchased package.

  • Galleries are available for a limited time of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • You are responsible for downloading and safely backing up your images before the gallery expires. Re-uploading a gallery after it has expired may incur an archival fee.

3. Print Orders via Pixieset Store

  • Print products ordered through your gallery are fulfilled by professional partner labs integrated with Pixieset.

  • All sales are processed securely through the Pixieset platform.

  • For detailed terms regarding product orders, shipping, refunds, and returns, please refer to our Terms of Sale.

4. Image Use & Licensing

  • Digital images provided in your gallery are licensed for personal use only.

  • You may print, share, or display images for personal purposes (e.g. home decor, family sharing, social media).

  • You may not sell, license, or use images commercially without prior written consent.

  • All images remain the copyright of Keoni Joy Photography.

  • Any use of the images must retain the integrity of the original files—no excessive filters, cropping, or editing that misrepresents the work.

5. Social Media Sharing

  • You are welcome to share your images on personal social media platforms.

  • Photo credit is appreciated when posting: @keonijoyphotography (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Please do not alter images beyond basic cropping for format (e.g. Instagram square).

6. Technical Limitations

  • Galleries are hosted via Pixieset, which uses secure cloud storage. While rare, occasional service disruptions may occur. Keoni Joy Photography is not responsible for Pixieset platform outages or third-party delivery issues.

  • Ensure your device and browser are updated to the latest versions for the best gallery experience.

7. Gallery Content Removal

  • Galleries may be removed after the expiration date or in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

  • If you need extended access or archival support, please contact us before the expiry date.
